House for Sale It will Only Set You Back 14.5 Million

A friend of our sent us a link to this house that is for sale this morning. This was William J Wrigley's home and is selling for $14.5 million. While I won't ever get to see the house in person I can look at the pictures of it and dream. I don't like some of the decor, but Ahhhhhh the kitchen.

Now that is just my style and so reasonable! I am only shy of about $14.5 mil and some change called closing cost and lawyers fees! :)

If I could cajole someone into lending me $14.5 mil + costs I would have one year to beg for the $138,000 yearly taxes and the water bill, and the electric, and the heating .....:)
