1st layer = 1 C flour, 1/2 C soft butter and 1/2 C chopped pecans. Mix together and pat into bottom on 9 x 13 pan. Bake this crust at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
2nd layer = 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 C powdered sugar and 1 C cool whip. Spread that on the cooled crust, carefully.
3rd layer = 2 sm. boxes any flavor pudding mix to 3 C milk. You can do choc., lemon, banana with banana slices in it or just be creative!
4th layer = just Cool Whip. If I am being fancy I pipe it and decorate according to what flavor pudding I used. For instance, try Pumpkin pudding and add a very little cinnamon and nutmeg to the top. Enjoy!!
