I had an entirely average week this week. Been busy writing, and the weather's ranged from decent to good, so I walked every day but one. I notice I'm getting flabby now. Especially my arms. I need to start using weights more often to tone up those muscles. The legs are tone from all the walking, but the arms jiggle jiggle jiggle. I'm also noticing things like my shoes are too big. Losing weight in your feet? What a concept!
Week of October 31st - November 6th:
Weight Loss: 1.8 pounds
Miles walked: 18
Total calories consumed: ~7,140
Calories burned via exercise: ~1,800
Year-to-date weight loss: 44.2 pounds
Pounds 'til Goal 2: 5.8
Getting close to minus 45 pounds. I'm hoping to lose a total of 50 before Thanksgiving. I doubt I can lose 6 pounds in two weeks, but I'll try. Won't my family be surprised when they see me? Last time I saw them I'd only lost 10 pounds and they kept commenting on how much thinner I looked. HA! I wonder if they'll recognize me now.

You KNOW it!
Damn girl. Awesome progress with 1.5-2 pounds per week!!! Funny about the shoes, makes sense I guess. Is it a width issue, I mean you toes didn't suddenly get shorter? Snork! Imagine if the whole body shrank.
Speaking of shoes, I have a date with DSW. Daughter needs to exchange some boot she bought online.
I'll come read this comment again the next time I have a craving for a double whopper with cheese.
This is great. I've been training to do a sprint tri and maybe a half or full tri by this time next year but I keep falling off the wagon in my training. I lost 25 lbs but after vacation and I had Bronchitis in all of August and I put 10 back on. Now I might go get foot surgery because my big toe on my right foot is crooked so...
Anyway, I'm proud of you.
