At the zoo, there were lots of alligators.
The alligators were sleeping
so they didn't make a sound.
The alligators just laid there
like big logs on the ground!
They looked like big logs with big eyes.
They looked like big logs with big teeth.
They looked like big logs with big bumps on their bark.
They looked like big logs with stubby legs underneath.
They looked old.
They looked mean;
They were pretty scary looking BIG alligators.
They were the biggest ones I've ever seen!
