here is a recipe that is simple and was a big hit at my last party

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 pkg 3.4 oz pistachio flavor instant pudding

1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple in juice

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 1/2 cups thawed coolwhip

combine marshmallows,dry pudding mix,pineapple,and nuts in large bowl

stir in coolwhip refrigerate 1 hour

My grandmother made this every holiday but used cottage cheese instead of marshmellows. Brings back memories.
