Nic and I just moved everything in to our new home in Florida. I am ordering a bread machine from Amazon, but I had a question about GF bread baking that was on my mind. I was thinking about adding flaxseed to the flour mixture. Will that mess up the dough, or would it be alright to add in? Because we will primarily be using rice flours for the bread, I wanted to try to add a bit more nutrition. With that in mind . . . do they sell brown rice flour? Maybe I need to look into that. I have a great recipe for bread from a GF baking cookbook by Elizabeth Barbone. I had the honor of attending a class she gave at our local Wegman's in PA and was able to taste it (as well as her chocolate chip cookies and banana bread). It was great! I'm excited to eat that kind of bread again.
