so i want to cut all soda out of my diet...so what now???
im so accustomed to drinking 4-5 a day...what should i replace them with??
any suggestions?

Aside from that, I stopped drinking soda in lieu of flavored water. I can't stand drinking JUST water all the time, it has to have some flavor for me.
And Heather's right about the caffeine headaches, you might want to cut back to just one a day at first, then one every other day if you still get headaches trying not to have any at all.
Water is the best choice but not many people like nothing but plain water. :o\
Maybe watered down fruit juice? (remember, too much acid in fruit juice is bad for your teeth...It eats away the enamel!)

Iced tea is good if you drink it plain or with a lemon slice.
I try to stay away from Soda, and the drink packets they have chemicals that are not good.

100% juice, crystal light (or store brand) is good in water. Good luck with that.
I've cut myself to 3 cans a day, which is still a lot of soda.....
You really aren't supposed to drink too much juice, but I do one glass a day now.
