ok i have always been a pretty skinny kid. not sickly but lean. and i knew the day would come but i was hoping for a few more years of care free eating and sitting around. but my gut is starting to tell me otherwise. see i noticed i was packing it on a little bit a few months ago. and i thought i was just imagining it. but now the denial phase has sailed and its time to board the U.S.S Do Something About It.
i just got done running a mile. and i have to say it sucked! but i cant let myself go yet....i plan on living a while longer....so why live unhealthy?
so i guess this is where you all come in. what kind of tips do you have for me?
what workouts work?
i have a treadmill, a couple little dumbells and some ankle weights here at home...any suggestions?
im going to cut way back on the pop. and im going to throw the doughnuts on the counter out... any other suggestions there. maybe a good replacement for sweets?
here goes everything...

I am in love with my eliptical right now. I was going to start running this summer, but honestly with 4 children who are too young to really get out with me like that, it is so nice to have an indoor option.
I eat "no white", potatoes, bread, rice or pasta. I only eat whole grains.
I eat no red meat, chicken once or twice a month, fish twice a month, shellfish once or tywice a month.
I eat a lot of fruit, veggies, salads, also.
Kimber is correct sodium is bad, so cutting out fast foods, processed foods should help with that.
I've disconnected from you and your insipid spit but I wish you well.
