Was supposed to have a friend over for coffee this morning...was looking forward to seeing her, but she woke up with a sore throat, so she cancelled. Probably for the best - if I manage to stay healthy right now with all the cooties Ross has got (he's got the flu) it'll be a bluddy miracle. So far so good... I don't feel WELL exactly - got all sorts of indicators that I'm probably coming down with it ... but haven't actually become ill yet.
Went into the bank this morning - because Jess got ripped off via her bank card last weekend, and because of other similar issues we've heard about lately, Ross has been fussed about the rather high limits we had on his debit cards. They were necessary back when we were needing to be able to but stock for the video and computer business - but we don't need those higher limits now. We also decided - FINALLY - to get a joint bank account... so now everything will go through that one account, and that will be the debit card we use - so nothing is attached directly to the lines of credit, and we should no longer run into recurrent issues re: wanting to deposit money into one account or another.
While we were out, though, some idjit stole one of our magnetic signs right off the side of our van. What the hell? They want to advertise for us? Or perhaps they have some sort of pest issue and didn't want to take the trouble to write the number down? Some people's children!
Anyway .. now that the errands are done, it's time I was settling down to do some work - got plenty o' that to do. As usual!

I no I keep my youngest home from school if he is not feeling well. Can not see him going to school not feeling good. My man has been sick for a while now, but he can not - not go to work. Can't wait until he can retire!
I am being asked lately if I want direct deposit into my checking account. I have said no thus far... I am not good with money, I no this. Cash around the house I have no where to spend it lol!!
Ya why on earth would they want your sign?? Some people I think steal just for stealing I guess?? Hope you get it back! Ya some peoples children! I use that one a lot too.

Later even with it on video , the minute he stopped and went in a door, someone in a truck must have been following him. The simply jumped out took the tools and drove away.
Oh well... at least Ross had a call today - made enough to replace the damn sign.
