He's a dog lover ladies! That's right, New Moon hottie Kellan Lutz loves his dog Kola. Lutz was recently on the cover of Doggie Aficionado proclaiming how his dog is "the one, the love of his life." Man, I'm sure there are thousands of girls out there who would love to hear him say that about them! Kola is one lucky pooch.
Here's what he had to say about adopting Kola in the story:
“I have always been a huge advocate for saving animals, so I found it fitting, when I was ready for something new in my life, to look around the local animal shelters . . . . She looked me in the eyes, bowed and slowly and softly licked my open hand. As I pet this beautiful dog I realized how soft her multi-colored coat was, and felt her desperation for a real home. Our connection was so strong that it was like fate bringing us together. I knew she was the one. That was three years ago.”
I also came across some great, RAW footage of Kellan being interviewed during the story's shoot. It's a bit long, but if you're a Kellan fan it's well worth it. You get to see him without the filters, just being a regular guy who loves his dog.
