Got this in an e-mail today. This really worked! I was surprised.

You see a circle of violet dots.
Each of them disappears in order, like moving in a circle.

Concentrate your sight at the cross,
then you can see how the violet dots disappear.

If you keep looking all violet dots will disappear!

Tried it a few times. First time only a few dots vanished. Second time they were disappearing but came back when I blinked. Third try was the charm.
