If all Governments adopted a similar form of taxation/banking in which 10% was paid to the Government in which the money was earned the whole system of trade, exchange rates and collecting taxes would be automatic and transparent.
Every deposit to every bank in the world could have 10% tax deducted by the bank and sent to the Governmant of the country in which the money was earned/made.
