No I have not fallen off the face of earth!

I know some of you must've been thinking that at this point. It's been quite a while since I've been on, but I assure you I have good reason!

First, I got a second job. I now work at Kmart in the mornings and Cracker Barrel in the evenings. I haven't been there long, but it's long enough to know that I love the work and hate the GM. :) Isn't that usually how it goes? The managers are awesome, though, and so are just about all of my coworkers.

And about the house...we've been conditionally approved. Now all we need to do is get together a bunch of evidence and proof showing that we can afford the house and we can take responsibility for it and everything and then we're done. Hopefully they'll accept what we give them and we'll be moved in before Christmas because the in-laws are planning on coming down to stay with us. xD That'll be an interesting experience to say the least.

So that's about it for me. I haven't come too close to the edge and fallen off the earth. I've just been working like crazy and passing out when I'm not. xD And this month is NaNo, so I've been halfheartedly trying to keep up with that. I'm about 6k behind as of right now, but I've got all day today off, so I'm going to try like heck to get caught up!

Can't argue with falling off the deep end, but that's not the EARTH. :P That's just the pool. xD And I don't know how to swim, so I've been there for a while.

And you can come to stay whenever you want. ;) We have a guest room for Gideon and a pullout couch for you and Clint. LOL. And the pool table is also going to double as a ping-pong table. Does Gideon play that, too? :)
