My daughter got married to Stephen on 10/24/2009
The beautiful bride
This wedding was put together in 3 months. Between his mother, stepmother and me we got it done with plenty of hard work.

Stephen with his dad before the ceremony. His dad was joking with him telling him he still had time to run.

Stephen with his mother before the ceremony.

Meghan with my husband on the left and her dad on the right. They both gave her away. She thought it was best if they were both gave her away....since she loves them both. They were good about it.

It was pouring by the time we got to the wedding and my hair just went wild and half my make up disappeared. But my daughter wanted this picture of us.

Meghan with her Maid of Honor & Bridesmaid.

Stephen with his Best Man & Usher.

Zoie was the flowergirl...and she took her job of throwing petals on the floor seriously. She practice for days with shredded paper.

Here they are getting ready for the wedding vows, after her cousin, the Maid of Honor read a poem that I wrote for them.

Stephen who was very nervous reciting his vows to Meghan. He thought he had to put the rings on over her gloves. That got a few chuckles from the guest.

Now you may kiss the bride!

After they recited their vows they each had a taper candle to light a pillar candle.

She is posing after the wedding for 3 different people besides the photographer.

With her cousin, the Maid of Honor. Her cousin helped out with so many things to get ready for the wedding, she did most of the decorating and made the cake.

The Best Man with the champagne and giving his speech to the bride and groom.

Part of the wedding party.

I love this picture of Meghan & Zoie. I know that the photographer took quite a few pictures of them like this one. I can't wait to see how it comes out.

The cake was beautiful and was so good!

Stephen's grandparents got them the cake topper that is ceramic.

The newly weds!
These two lovebirds went out when they were in Jr. High. Things happened and they parted. They both graduated and life moved on. They met again in early Spring on Facebook. This is the first guy she has gone out with in a long time that I really liked. He isn't the typical young man of today. He has old fashion values. He opens doors, doesn't sit down until she does, he works 2 jobs, even though he doesn't need to. But they are saving for a new home and he has many goals set for them. She needs a guy like that....they get along so good. They love doing the same things and have many of the same friends. They love each other and get along so good ....I can't ask for anymore.

May I say the mother of the bride is a very beautiful woman and the rain did not dampen her glow at all. This is one beautiful wedding album. Thank you for sharing.
It sounds like she had found a keeper.
