Every year I tell myself I'm not going to over spend on Christmas, I'm going to do better to keep up with all of my kids' activities, family responiblities, and other holiday oriented happenings. But every year, I spend more money, spend less time with my family, and get more faustrated.
From past experiences, I have put together a holiday planner that consists of lists for shopping for gifts, groceries, and online and catalog orders. Travel itenaries and packing lists, Santa lists, Christmas Card list, and lots of help info for surviving holiday shopping and preparing your home and heart for Christmas.
I've made it a FREE download off my site at www.mrschadt.com.
I made it up as a booklet for my local MOPS group and they loved it. As a parent of three small children, I thought I would post it here for other parents to help elevate the stress of preparing for the holidays and hopefully help you have more time to spend with family.
I've tried to keep it simple, from planning Thanksgiving dinner, traveling to visit family, Christmas shopping, Christmas menu, and even planning a small gathering for New Years.
Let you me know what you think, and I wish you all the merriest of holidays.
