Project 365 2009 Day 308

My evaluation went well today. For the first time since I was hired, I was told I was doing a good job. My supervisor even went so far as to say she was glad I was there. She also said she had no complaints from anyone since I started, and that was unheard of. Made me feel good! Jimmy was able to get off work early, so we celebrated by going out to eat at Longhorn Steakhouse...yum!

Tomorrow I'm taking a photography workshop after work, and I'm excited about it. I figure every little bit I learn only makes me better!

My photo of the day is of an unusual flowering tree I saw in Charleston...can anyone identify it?

Congratulations on the good review. The plant is a perennial hibiscus and they do great in our area.

Congratulations on the evaluation. That's always great to be appreciated, and it sounds that you are.

Bundy, we are having serious computer issues, and I was able to get on yesterday briefly, after losing service Saturday. Then it was down again today. I hate missing your photos. But if you notice me missing, that is what is going on. We think we are just going to have to change internet services but just don't know who to choose yet. Just wanted you to know.

Congratulations, doesn't it make you feel wonderful when someone says something nice. There's not enough of that in the world today.
I have to find myself a photography workshop. I think I'd love it.
