You get to change one body feature.  Which one?

Mine would be my height.  I would add 2 inches to my 4 foot 11 3/4 inch body.

I've always thought it would be nice to be a girl. However, given the magic wand, I doubt I'd make that change. I've been sick in love with woman all my life. Loving women is difficult enough in this bitter, bigoted, hateful world as a heterosexual.
