Free Credit Report Dot Com Commercials

 

If you watch TV much at all, you've likely seen the trio who sing little diddies about how if they had only gone to freecreditreport.com, there lives would be so much better than the meager existences that they've been living. If that were the case, why is there more than one song or more than one commercial? Why can't they learn from their mistakes? In fact, they keep bringing up their mistake of not having gone to that website. It seems as if they've identified the problem and have come to the solution. Thus, again, why another commercial? I must admit that the songs are a little catchy, and I may have sung some of the songs in the shower. Still, this doesn't excuse this band. I think they need help, maybe even rehab. Then again, I might be the only one thinking this way. Who knows?

I am proud to say I've never heard one of those commercials. Or if I did, I just mentally tuned it out.

I learned some time ago that most of these sites are going to charge a small fortune to try to help you get out of debt, with no guarantees or money back if they fail. And they usually fail. With a little patience, you can accomplish everything they promise on your own. I've had a couple of credit cards reduce the interest rate to as little as 3%, and my mortgage holder is processing my request for a modification. If I had the thousands those companies asked for, I wouldn't need to worry about getting anyone to reduce my bills!

I have seen them commericals and to me I think they are not worth looking at or listening too.

My son absolutely LOVES those "idiots"that do those commercials......yuck! To me, they are disgusting and annoying, and I tune them out...........I have never seen such stupid, idiotic commercials!!!!!

As with any commercial they are trying to sell you something. Just wonder how many fall for the line and go to them for services? To have so many variations of the same commercial I would imagine that they are getting enough people to buy into their service to continue to make the commercials...

The tune is catchy but not enough to get me to use their service...

At first, I liked the commercials, but then I saw them so many times the the credit card industry's lies became all too obvious!

Those ads always catch my attention because I think the young man who sings is cute. He might do well to seek a job in entertainment. He has such an impish grin. For a long time I had no idea what he was selling, because I don't hear well. I don't think the band or his singing is supposed to be very good - just a kind of laughable beginner garage type band. Kids.

I agree with Ruth. Who cares what he's selling, us old folks think he's cute. and he's right, you should know what's on your credit report, just order your once a year free one and get started that way, don't pay a ransom for one.

My 2 year old loves those commercials, and they get stuck in my head ALMOST as bad as the songs from her cartoons.

The commercials are rather cute and I like them. I like how they keep having the same older lady in them too, I wonder which one of the band members is actually her child :)
