Biggest Loser Fans

I just picked up the December issue of the Prevention magazine, on the front is Ali Vincent. She is the 5th season winner of Biggest Loser and the first female winner.

Yay Ali......

Guess What, she has a book coming out this month. It is called BELIEVE IT BE IT. Of course I cannot wait for it to come out in paperback, I loved Ali, she is a great inspiration. So I went onto the library website and put a reserve on it, I am the second on the list of four copies ordered. So I should ge it not long after the library gets it.

Thought some of you fans would like to know this.

I watched it last year Pam, but have not kept up this year so far...that is wonderful though about Ali!!!

I watch it off and on...this season I have watched faithfully and cried many times for poor Abbey!! I just saw her on the cover of a magazine and she looks AMAZING!
