Sarah Palin Exploits Sesame Street Anniversary and Big Bird's Birthday in Her Book Tour

Sarah Palin did not announce that she was going to exploit Sesame Street's 40th anniversary or Big Bird's birthday for her book tour. However, rumor has it that she may, in fact, be doing just that. Unnamed sources (see left) have whispered about her plans to crash the taping of the anniversary show, armed to the teeth.

A coalition of trolls and warthogs identifying itself as The Coalition of Trolls and Warthogs announced today that it was mounting a campaign to destroy verbal communication both oral and written. Spokestroll Einar spoke surrounded by heavily armed warthogs. He said, "Talk bad. Language bad. We fix. We join Gather Writing Essential. We post stuff. Sense it not make sometimes. Warthogs snort grunt. We love it longtime."

The Coalition unveiled its new symbol at the rally. Einar said "Warthogs this not paint. It good."

I'm worried she'll crash the show, shoot Mr. Snuffleuphagus (sp?) from a helicopter, and mount his head on a wall.

Snuffy is kind of a whiner but even so...

I've been watching Sesame Street with Bella. They have a bear cub that I don't remember from when our daughter was little. Palin might be very interested in the bear cub.

I've just got an interesting book, Street Gang, about how "Sesame Street" was created. Those folks were an interesting bunch of misfits, and if they did some of the things they showed in the '70s today, the New Prudism would have a field day.
