Well, the good news is, the new V series seems to be planned out well. The elements seem carefully planned -- many elements familiar from the first series can be detected in this one, and many elements are introduced early by necessity -- and they seem well-tied in to modern issues and concerns. So hopefully, it'll be a good series, and will maintain the production values of its opening episode.
On the bad side, the polls in NJ have closed, and so far, that pompous jerk Christie's got an early lead. Still not over yet, but it's awfully close. Here's hoping we don't get stuck with him.
