identity theft

Is a growing issue.  I wrote an article about life lock.  They are good do not get me wrong but they are far from being the best.  If one person get through the cracks thats to many in my opinion.  Some of us think we are safe from identity theft.  The thought is that my money is safe I have credit monitoring from my credit card company the banks are insured.  I am safe.  Well the fact is that the average american has under 1000 dollars in the bank.  The person who is stealing you identity will not want to steal your 1000 dollars.  Your credit card would easily be fixed by the credit card company so what is the issue.  We all know that we have people who are working here illegally using someones social security number they may not owe any taxes,  So what do you do if the IRS comes to you and tells you that you owe 10,000 dollars in taxes from unreposted income on your W-2.  This is not the time to find a lawyer.  I have know this to happen someone applies for a job and is told that they alreay work their.  This is only one issue the number of issues that are connected with identity theft are to many to resolve so who is the best

kroll is acturally the leader in identity theft protection. They have 30 years of experiance in the industry long before we all knew about life lock. 

In their report, the FTC shared that the average Identity Theft victim spends over $1,400.00, and more than 200 hours, just to clear their good name. Reports now are saying that victims can end up spending much, much more in terms of time, money, and frustration. 

As indicated before in the article that most folks do not have 1000 dollars in the bank and we know it is true.  But that if you go to the best most likely kroll is going to tell you that you will have a bill. 

It is one thing to protect your self but to fix the problem that already exists is the issue and life lock will not fix it. They may be able to keep you safe adequately.  But fix it they do not claim.  I hate to say that the odds are good that you already have a problem.  Most of the information is free that a person needs to get your information.  If I can find it well I am good but so are a lot of folks.  I am honest but they are not.  If anyone has any questions on how they can obtain this type of proction that will be cost effective let me know
