Sounds simple, and with all that worcestershire, very good!

I think I might do this one with a couple chicken quarters, fresh garlic and a few different herbs.

It does sound good and like you I would up the herbs and maybe add a bit of soy sauce.

We had a smoker but gave it away. It was just too much work.
