The Theme for November's Genre Creative Writing Challenge

It seems I've been nominated (or drafted I'm not sure which) as your Genre Creative Challenge Writing Judge for November. So, I get to decide your writing fate for this month.

With Halloween just past and Christmas fast approaching, the topic for November is...

...Holiday Mystery.

Write a mystery story, any sort of mystery tale, with a holiday theme. It can be any holiday; Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Flag Day, etc. As long as there is a mystery and a holiday, write whatever you want.

And make sure you have GCC in the title (or NGCC if you have no interest in being a judge for December). Posts without those letters in the title are not eligible.

Submissions are up to 3 chapters, 1500 world limit per chapter or poetry from 10-34 lines.

It has been a while for me and this sounds like something that is a challenge for me but i will try, gotta run and work on some wrimo jazz but i will think long and hard about this prompt.
