As my daughter just so simply put it "the Bible does say stand up for what's right"..This is tough..I hope that grill owner can give him a job.

I have two questions on this. It said there was nothing said about the button until he brought the bible to work to read suring his breaks.

1) Did he start bible thumping there too?

2) Did someone that has a grudge against this country, like a Liberal, start making complaints because he wore the button and was bringing the bible?

Either case would be wrong, and justify the store under their rules.
We do not have enough info on this to make a good call.

Well you never know what the fringe news services will do. Mostly they pump out just enough to stir up fear and crap, but little to bring too much facts into the game.

Which is why I said on both issues, because I have seen it go both ways before, so I don't want to be unfair.

this story happening in America breaks my heart and I'm sure the heart of Jesus. I give this young man a big hand for standing up for the Lord even at the cost of his job. We need more Christians like this!!!

Kudos to Channel 5 for reporting this story so well. How many stations would have denegrated this kid's faith? Most, I dare say. The reporter really accepted the fact that the kid's faith, and those of the town, were worthy of respect.

I always saw God as more of a Menards type of guy. This is pretty silly. Would you accept allah or satan uttered in the same context? Or would you if someone had said one nation under satan calling for his firing.
