and when we see that we end at the beginning only to begin again we may remember parts of our journey and say, Ah! once again in different skin....and then begin to look within and ask our friend, who is all there is and one with us ; that is the blueprint of forever and answers, "what's next"?

To not communicate your thoughts lets them ferment and become tied up and deranged and this will cause depression and lack of confidence...I have been there in my early life.
