Are you eating banned chicken from China?

Actually, we just might be! Several months back I was trying to decide on a jar of sliced mushrooms, EVERY brand I checked had "made in China".

No wonder there are no jobs in the U S of A anymore....

I'll have to admit that I rarely check to see where products are made. I don't eat all that much chicken and, when I do, it's always fresh from the meat counter. I'll start looking at the packages to see where it was packaged. Thanks.

Well, I used to read banned books from Boston, so-o-o-o....

I can not even say the last time we bought anything at a fast food place.
The chicken we buy is local, well here in our state. I make sure of this!!
I will not say anything about plain old chicken to my guys or they wont eat any chicken at all!!
I guess start buying live chickens hu?

I do check where products are made and am always irritated that it came from China most of the time. I want to see Made in the U.S.A. more often. I bought some ground beef at Costco (organic) and it said Made in the U.S. on it and then the other label on it also said that some of the meat itself was from other places - such as Australia and Canada. So, the beef itself wasn't from the U.S. totally. They get away with the lie because it is packaged in the U.S., not all the insides are really from the U.S. at all - please read your packages better! Also ask the store to purchase American products. Keep begging. Eventually they'll listen.

P.S. I rarely buy fast food at all. I do a lot of cooking at home. The last time was a couple of weeks ago at the mall - I had Popeye's but I rarely do that.

What we have to start doing is ask at the fast food place where the meat is from.

If you're eating at McDonalds, you're making so many nutritional mistakes that chicken may be the least of your worries.
