I would like to review the Hallmark Ornament. I have been collecting Hallmark ornaments for my family sincd 1979. We have one for every year since then, and when our children and grandchildren were born. Each ornament is a discussion of fond memories at our house as we put up the tree. We have each original box, and I would be so happy to do a review for these wonderful Hallmark treasures.

I would love to review the Recordable Storybook, for my grandkids. They live about 2 hours from me and I don't get the chance too see them as often as I want, so giving them a little touch of my voice would help keep ole Grammy fresh in their minds...especially my precious two year old grandson

Wow Stephanie, I'd like to be considered as a reviewer for this one. My selection would be the Recordable Storybook, for my 3 kids. They love to have me read stories to them. This gift would eliminate those times when I am not available to read to them, they would have my voice already recorded in their favorite story. I'd be glad to share a pictorial review. I would do a video review, but I've been having challenges uploading videos to Gather lately, that the help desk has been unable to help me solve.

For the Ornament review, I'd give that gift to my mother in law. She really likes gifts that are unique and it would be a gift that she doesn't already have. It would answer the age old question of what do you give a person that has everything?

For the DVD Greetings, I'd give that gift to my wife's grandparents. They live miles away and I already have software to create the DVD, just need a DVD writer.

Thanks for the opportunity to review any of these. I've listed my choices in the logical order I'd like to be considered.

Well, I could go either way. I'd like to review the storybook for my neice and nephews. I think it would let them enjoy the hcristmas season a little more.

However, I also would like to do the DVD greeting for a relative who is fighting in Afghanastan. He is my cousin, but I would like to make him a DVD of his family to ship to him for Christmas, since they have computer access. I think that would mean so much to him and his family.

I know we can only review one, so I would rather do the DVD greeting. Thank you for this opportunity whether I am/am not selected.

I would like the DVD greetings for my Aunt Bonnie. She can't always participate in the lives our children and it would be great to give this to her so that she could enjoy it all year long. She would be tickled pink to receive this.

I would love to review a keepsake ornament. There are all sorts of unique ornaments at Hallmark that would fit my family. My Dad is a fishermen, and also a Grandpa (PaPa), my Mom is a Nana, my kids love themed ornaments such as Spiderman, Princess, or any kind of child theme. I wouldn't care what the ornament is because Hallmark has so many priceless ornaments. I would be glad to be picked to do a review of the product. I also love the ornaments that would hold a photo of my kids to share with their grandparents at Christmas. Whatever it is, it will be fun.

I would love to review the Recordable Storybook through a friend. He is a former music teacher and radio announcer, he just had a stroke and is slowly recovering. He was featured with the dramatic reading of Dylan Thomas' A Child's Christmas In Wales in last year's Christmas Festival. I'd love to give the unit to him and have him record a story for his grandkids. I'd write his review of the product afterwards. How about it?

I was just reading about these new holiday presents the other day. I received the information in my e-mail. I was thinking about doing the storybook for my two youngest grand children and giving the ornaments to my daughter (their mother) to complete the gift for them this year. During my visit last week I made sure I got some special photos to use for the ornaments.

I would like to review the DVD greetings or the storybook. We would make the DVD for my parents. My parents love receiving pictures of my son and talking to him on the phone. We haven't actually seen them since May, and obviously my 3.5 year old has changed a lot since then.

The recordable story book would also be wonderful to review. I would send it to my parents and have my mom and my little sister to read it, and then send it back here to Elliott. He would love it. He loves it when we read to him, and when my little sister visited over the summer, she read him at least a dozen books a day, and he just couldn't get enough. He would love to have a book that he could hear her and my mom reading to him over and over again.

Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments is the one I would like to review. My collection is huge; however, I would like to do my review on the ornament I give to my daughter's boyfriends little brother. He will be 2 and the joy on his face when he receives the gift will be priceless.

Ornaments are a wonderful gift that people can keep forever. Its a way to remember the years before and treasure the memories of the year.

I would like to review the hallmark ornament. My mother would love to add another ornament to her collection. She loves to collect different ones from all over the world and even if they are not from a specific part she still cherishes them. So the amazement in her eyes would be the best thing to give to her this christmas.

I would love to review the Recordable Storybook for my Grandkids. I Love genealogy and having recorded voices of ancestors is part of my personal genealogy. We just never know if our family will be able to remember our voices and this would be a great way to keep my voice alive for generations to come.

We also live so far away from our Grandchildren that we do not get to see them very much. We try to call them on a regular basis so they will remember what we sound like and learn of their lives. This would be a great way to keep our voices in their minds for years for come.

I shop at Halmark for gifts each year that I can personalize so this would be great. I would love to write a review on this product.

I would like to either do the Hallmark Keepsake Oranament or the Recordable Storybook.
The storybook would be for my kids. I would have their dad record it, because he is never home at bedtime, either because of work or school and they always miss his goodnight kisses. It would be a fun and entertaining product to try out, that would hopefully be passed on for a long time and maybe even shared with our future grandkids (if they don't wear it out!)!

I would give the ornament to one of our family members. Just about everyone in our family likes to collect their ornaments over time, rather than buying a bunch at once. And most of us NEVER buy our own ornaments! We love to give them as gifts because we know that they can be enjoyed year after year. We also trade some of our ornaments with family, when someone is in need of some new or different ones. Many of our ornaments have special meaning and I love to have a good story to tell or hear with every ornament we give or receive.

I would love to review the recordable storybook. I would give it to my nieces and nephews. It would be something that they could keep around and listen to every year. It would be special to them becasue I don't get to see them as often as I use too. We are now further away and with the way the economy is it's just not possible to see them right now.

I would love to review the DVD Greetings. What a great gift that would be for my parents. They aren't computer savvy, either one of them so they don't enjoy the digital pictures of the kids (my grandsons) like they could if they'd just use their computer more. With a DVD Greetings, we could create a DVD of this years special moments of the entire family and give it to them. I'd like to think that would make mom cry and maybe even cause dad to tear up a little! LOL

I would like to review the Hallmark Ornaments and I'm afraid my reasons aren't that impressive, but I'd like to be considered because of them anyway. My reasons are that I have recently lost a lot in my personal life. I was evicted from my home and my belongings were all thrown in the trash. I do not have a large income so what I do have will mostly be going towards rebuilding my life, but I do not want to have to give up giving to others for Christmas! My mom and I have been very close through all the family pain we have had this year and I would love to be able to gift her with something very meaningful, like an ornament to show her that at least one of her children still cares for her this year.

The book would be fun to do for the kids because we could record PAPA&NANA's voice and the cousins ...hearing the families voice would surley make their Christmas....and many days after whilereading the book!

I would love to be a reviewer! I would like the recordable storybook for my only grandchild, Noah, who is four years old. I would also like the DVD Greetings. I would have Noah sing for his Nana, who has only gotten to see him once when he was two years old. (She lives half the continent away and has her elderly mother to care for and Mommy cannot afford to take him to see her.) His Nana is his father's mother. His father died suddenly and unexpectedly two months before he was born. It would be like being able to give a little piece of her son back to her for Christmas

I would love to be a reviewer. I love hallmark products, they're good quality products. Anytime that I'm able to I stop in and shop there. I remember getting hallmark ornaments when I was younger it was a tradition that my dad and step-mom did. Now that my dad has passed away, I treasure all the hallmark ornaments that I was given throughout the years!
The storybook is a great idea. I know the perfect little girl that would really enjoy it. With both of her parents out of a job, any extra gifts at Christmas time would really mean something to them.

I would love to review the Hallmark Recordable Storybook.

For Who: My first Grandbaby Due next year. Though I would probably buy a second for my Neices and Nephews.

Why?: Because when I was little, my OWN Grandparents ordered a Christmas story that INCLUDED my name in it. I was so tickled, and STILL have that story today.

It would become a tradition, we could all carry forward.

I would love to review the DVD Greetings gift. My oldest daughter and her 5 children live far away and never get to visit. This would give me an opportunity to include photos and stories about the ferrets (they call me "grandma with the ferrets") as well as stories about my daughter (maybe some she'd rather the kids not hear!). It would be like taking "home" to my daughter and connecting again with my grandchildren, some of which I've never even met.

The recordable storybook looks wonderful! I'd love to record myself reading for my goddaughter, Olivia. I don't get to see her enough, but when we do see each other, I spend hours reading to her. She loves hearing stories because she is five and can't quite read many stories herself, and I love being creative about it--including voices!

It won't be long before she'll outgrow me reading for her. Until then, she would be able to hear me reading to her as many times as she wanted, without me having to be there. A keepsake like this would be something she could treasure forever.

Since I use memories as my way of holding onto the things I love, the things that made me who I am, and the things I never want to lose; I would dearly love to preserve this years special moments forever on a DVD Greeting and I would be more then happy to write a review using photos, videos, and my personal words to express my thanks;and I would give this greeting to my dear grandaughter Drea because this would easily preserve my stories, photos and thoughts for her forever to cherish.

I would love to do the recordable storybook. My granddaughter moved away and I probably won't see her this Christmas. Since my daughter died when she was two, I try to be there for her all the time. She loves me to read to her, even now. When I can't see her, it hurts both of us. This storybook would mean so much to her and it's something she could play for her children too years from now.

I would love to review the Hallmark Picture DVD and give it to my husband Paul for Christmas!! We have been apart since August 2nd this year, and are waiting for a reunion to be together full-time with no more separations. I think this would be a BEAUTIFUL reunion gift for him and for us. I could capture our past 2.5 years on this Hallmark DVD. All the togetherness, and be able to finally look past all those hard months in between when we were not together for months at a time. We are strong for it and I would LOVE to immortalize these memories to share with my son and our future children together. I would love the opportunity to review this Hallmark DVD for Gather!!!!!!!!!

I would like to be chosen because this is an idea I had for a gift to give to my family anyway, a.k.a. a picture of my fam.

We live far away from our family and I think they would enjoy this as a gift.

I would love to review the Holiday Hallmark Keepsake Ornament. Our family tradition has been to have a roastbeef dinner with all of the trimmings, a homemade chocolate cake. and then I give a special hand picked wrapped ornament that has some significance to each of my boys. they place their new ornament on the tree and then choose from their collection the ornaments that they want to display. If Hallmark wants me to choose for another family besides my own. I would buy ornaments for my sister in california. I would pick something that would remind each of them of our time together. thank you for this opportunity.

I would really like to do the DVD Greetings for my dad. We haven't seen each other in 7 years and so much in both of our lives has changed. We try to keep up with phone calls and emails, but it is hard to really get a feeling for each other's lives. He's gotten married and I have fallen in love with a wonderful man, but we can't really fathom what is going on. Having a DVD collection of my photos to send him would give my daddy a better picture of the daughter that he raised.

I'd enJOY a chance at reviewing the Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments. I normally purchase several, but will probably forgo extensive purchases this year due to unemployment. I would love to give the Hallmark Keepsak Ornament to my son, William, so that he may have a piece of the Christmas Spirit with him throughout the year. My son lives in dark places, travels with addiction. I know he'd probably lose the actual ornament, but I know, too, that he would carry the thought with him. And maybe, just maybe...

I'd love to create a DVD greeting to send to my grandmother in Minnesota! I think she'd really get a hoot out of it. I'd have a fun time putting the pictures all together and picking out just the perfect way of doing it so that she could watch and enjoy and share with all her friends.

I'd enjoy reviewing the DVD Greetings. My friend lives in California and we're always looking for unique ways to share photos and stuff. We've never met in person, so pictures and video files mean a lot to us. It would be interesting to see what Hallmark can do to make the sharing more fun.

I would like to review the ornament and would probably keep it for our Christmas tree because our ornaments are getting old and many of them are broken. It would be nice to have a shiny new ornament from Hallmark to replace one of our old broken ornaments.

I would love to be a reviewer for Hallmark, I would love to review Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments. I can post video, photo's and review(s).

I would personalize the ornament either for my mom, or my mother-in-law.

I have been a Hallmark Keepsake Ornament & Series Collector for many years.

This is the only year I have not joined the Hallmark Ornament Keepsake Collectors Club (money issues). I had been a member since 1987.

I not only use my Hallmark Ornaments on my tree, but I use them on garlands, wreaths, and in groups surrounded by candles. You can say my house is a Hallmark Ornament house.

I purchase Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments as gifts for family and friends, and as treats for myself.

Elaine A. Nov 3, 2009, 6:10am EST
I am going to post photo's of my Christmas decorations as they are finished.

I would love the Recordable storybook. I have two great nephews who live about 1,000 miles from me and it would be so wonderful to send them this book with my reading the story. I taught their mother (my niece) to read when she was very young, and my 'reading' to her boys would continue the tradition nicely.

I would also love to do the record able book. I love telling stories and love to see the expressions of the kids when they listen. I would love to do this for my niece, who is already 2 years old and I haven't seen her yet.....
This would be a perfect gift for her until I see her.

What a great opportunity for all the Gather members.

I would love to review the dvd greetings. My grandmother lives in Europe, and she is very sad that I moved so far away with my family. We have not seen her in two years, and it will be a while before we get to see her again.

I try to send her photos, letters and photo books as often as I can, so that she can still see what is going on with her great grand children, and I know that she would love to receive a dvd greeting with photos.

I'd like to review the Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments. Ever since I was a little girl, we've always added at least new one (or more if our budget allowed it) Hallmark ornament to our tree. The ornaments are charming and besides being cute, a lot of them have special meanings. We have some that my Mom gave to me, my grandma gave to my Mom, etc. Depending on what the ornament was, I'd give the ornament to one of my kids or to all three of them as a joint ornament that goes on the tree. If it was something different, I'd give it to my Mom because of how much she means to me and because she started the tradition with me or to my girlfriend who hasn't had a lot of good holidays in her life.

I would like to review the "Recordable Storybook". I would give this gift to my mother and ask her to record the story. My father has Alzheimer's and I would take it over to the nursing home on Christmas Eve and have the story read for him by his wife. I think he would love it. This would be the most touching gift that I could think of giving this holiday season.

I love Hallmark! We live near a Hallmark store and everyone gets gifts from them for Christmas!

I would be honored to review one of the Hallmark Holiday Products. Here are the two I'm interested in and why:

DVD Greetings: My beloved uncle and aunt live in Arizona and can't travel as often as they would like because of health problems. He moved there years ago because my grandfather was there. My grandfather passed away and his wife's family is all in Pennsylvania. Our family is all over New York. I would love to send him DVD Greetings so he feels like he is right here with us for the holidays. He always made every holiday special, even making a big turkey for my birthday one year on December 28 (proving to me at a young age men can cook and create great holiday experiences). I would like to return a little of that joy to him and his wife this season.

Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments. We live near a few tree farms and pick a lovely live Christmas tree every holiday season. Part of our tradition is to hang the current years's Hallmark Keepsake Ornament first. Since we moved here 8 years ago, we've had this tradition. My desire to review a Hallmark Keepsake Ornament is purely selfish as our family looks forward to them every year.

I would love to review the book. I actually have seen them, and thought it was a really cool idea. I would give it to my children with both my husband and I alternating as the voice reading the story. It would make for a wonderful new family tradition. It would also make a great item to take to family parties for the children to hear the story.

I would probably go with the ornament. My father's always enjoyed getting large trees with varied ornaments and now that we no longer live in the same state, it would be a nice thing to send to him so we can share something over the holiday that we no longer get to see one another for.

I'd love to have Grandma and Grandpa record the Night Before Christmas in their own words for my two small boys. They'd get a kick out of it. And my kids would like it, too ;). I had already thought about purchasing this book on my own, but can't afford the $30 price. Reviewing this book is a great way for those of us who would normally consider this item a luxury to "earn" the book as a reward. I'm curious to see the quality on these books because there are other Hallmark recordable books I'm interested in, too.
