I got jipped of my extra hour of sleep because my body didn't know it was back on standard time. Tonight I know it will seem like I should be in bed and asleep at10 o'clock.
Is is just me,or does everyone wish the time could just stay either daylight or standard all the time so these adjustments aren't necessary twice a year?

I did notice I got tired thus taking my nap earlier......
I did lay in bed last night for a bit trying to rember if we changed our clocks and trying to decide if I should get out of bed and check my cell for the time. Finaly asked hubby if we changed it, he said no and changed it and I fell asleep
