Mrs. Bigsby’s cedar trunk took a late night walk down the back (bumpety, bumpety) stairs of the Salient Arms apartments. Mrs. Bigsby, having begun, and ended, a lovely bottle of dandelion wine, was unable to persuade the burly person who accompanied her cedar trunk to leave it with her. The trunk broke her nose when he pushed her against it.
At the foot of the stairs, the burly man opened the trunk to retrieve his mother’s desiccated head.
At the foot of the stairs, Mrs. Bigsby found her cedar trunk, lid ajar. Lifting it, she espied two desiccated heads.
