OK, I walked on the treadmill at 3.5 MPH for 80 minutes, tried a (stupid) machine that is supposed to be a seated equivalent for a stair stepper for about 4 minutes, and rode the exercise bike for 35 minutes. Then I drove to Shan's and had another slice of my birthday cake, then came home. Talked to Madison, my son and my brother on the phone. That's it so far.

That is a good idea layering exercise workouts with slices of birthday cake..

Hey! you should write a manual explaining how many slices of birthday cake one may enjoy if they sweat on the treadmill for X many hours..

the research part is right up your alley ..I'll be happy to help out,too..the birthday cake eatin' part that is..

I went out to dinner, I will have to walk for a year to get off that big piece of seven layer chocolate cake my son-in-law insisted I have, shared it with his lady friend, but it still was huge, my once a year plunge, but feel fat ever since, funny how the mind plays with you, love, Elsie

My mom was born a few hours before Elsie - on the 31st and my daughter and Elsie were born on the same day....
