Happy Halloween, Here's My Treat for You

Happy Halloween everyone. This is one of my favorite holidays. I guess because it takes me back to my childhood and brings out the child still within.

I wrote a memoir vignette and posted it on our blog Women's Memoirs. I'll give you a link in a minute, but let me tell you about this memoir vignette. My co-author/business partner on all things memoir and writing and I created a new form of vignette that we call ScrapMoir. A ScrapMoir is a memoir vignette plus pictures--it's memoir plus scrapbook. My current story is a variation on the original ScrapMoir, which we call KitchenScraps. In addition to a story and pictures, we include a recipe.

My Halloween story, called "Witch Hazel Made Me Eat My Vegetables." I had a lot of fun remembering and writing this story. I hope when you read this you recall some of your own holiday fun. Now enjoy Witch Hazel Made Me Eat My Vegetables.
