Bare Branches (Haiku)

 After the rain and strong winds of the past several days we don't have any leaves on the trees in my yard.  It makes it seem like winter is here and a sure sign that it will be soon. 

 

 

    Bare Branches

 

    Bare branches greet me

                                                As I look out my window

                                                Summoning winter

Absolutely beautiful! Thankfully, all the leaves are still on our trees!!! Sure not ready for winter.....not yet! Actually, we've been having great temperatures, between 50 and 60 so can't complain about that!

Next door neighbor has a maple tree along the property line. I think all the leaved got push off the the tree Thursday night and 75% of them fell in our yard, Keep telling him to come and get them out of my yard. He won't do it..
