Costume Parties

Have you ever been to a costume party?  They are a blast.  It's a chance to break free from your normal routine and be something completely different.  If you want to be a cowboy, strap on a pair of womens Ariat boots, a straw hat and go to town.  If you want to be a celebrity, throw on the smokey eye look, get some fancy jewelry, a revealing blouse and act like Beyonce for the night.  Why not?  You can be anyone or anything you want to be.  Even going as traditional Halloween characters are fun, like pirates!  There are plenty of places online to buy pirate clothing, or you can make a diy costume at home.

Once at the party, there are generally costume contests so do your best to win!  Many people try to network to get the votes, but in the end, it's really all about the best costume.  So, get out there and have fun!  Don't drink too much because you might wind up with a trick or treat you didn't ask for!
