SOOO tired of rain!!

Really, it feels like it has rained every single day in the past month. The temperature is nice today, in the 50s, but it's raining. Rain, rain, rain. I am tired of rain!

I keep thinking about the farmers too. They can't get their crops in because it is so wet out there. I sure hope November is drier!

We need the rain so what does one do??

The farmers.... this is sad!! Corn was planted not to eat anyways. Though I am wondering what part of the corn is used for fuel? It appears corn is what everyone seams to be watching..... this year.

We have had lots of rain in Oct. too.....I think we're about 4 inches above normal for the month. We're supposed to have more tonight and all weekend!

Illinois has had rain for a solid week. The poor farmers have not been able to harvest much here either. We live near the Illinois river, and the fields there won't be ready for a long time to clear. =(
here in VA, fall means rain, and that means our backyard floods. ugh.

Oklahoma is soaked as well....rained almost everyday for over a week now....my yard is like a lake with water standing everywhere...Hayle (mini yorkie) hates to go out in it to do her business. bummer....

I feel ya. It will not stop raining here either. The farmers are having a rough time. Also, I am dreading taking the kids trick or treating tommorrow if it is pouring down rain and miserable.

I'm doing a sunshine dance right now. Is it working?

the worst part for the farmers is, the soy bean crops are starting to get a mildew growing on them, and soomething called "rust" is showing up and spreading..

I know exactly what you mean. Even though the rain stopped today, it's still gray and *blah* outside, and EVERYTHING is completely waterlogged!

We went to Houghton Lake this weekend, left on Friday when my daughter got out of work. It rained all the way up there, rain a little on Saturday, Beautiful driving back home.
