I use photoshop elements which is a cheap version of photoshop. Elements does not have layer masks so there is a little work around I do to get the selective coloring. If anyone using elements is interested I'll do a little tutorial.

I have elements and I find it very hard to use. I would love to understand how to do this.

I was going to photograph sushi, but first ate it. It'll take at least a day before I can show it. Well, maybe not, especially if I get food poisoning. Your reading room should be well stocked with magazines for such a possibility. Maybe I can learn something new why I do things Mr. Whipple would not have approved of.
