Senator Carl Levin's Senate Speech on Unemployment Extension [video]

Yesterday Senator Carl Levin (D-MI) gave a concise speech on the floor of the Senate emphasizing the need to pass the federal unemployment extension as quickly as possible. The extension legislation has been languishing in Senate procedural technicalities for several weeks now. Levin:

"Michigan’s families are waiting. America’s workers are waiting. We must pass this legislation. Every day that passes without doing so deepens the pain and suffering of our people."

Another 535,000 jobs lost last week. Jobs-jobs-jobs- are what is needed. Levin, where are the jobs, look at Detroit you liberals have ran it into the graveyard for the last 25 years.

Can we PLEASEEEEE get a list of the senators who voted against the extension so next election we can vote to put them on the unemployment rolls by removing them from office!!!!
