Why should I leave gather?

I AM NOT LEAVING GATHER!

After all the time and effort I put in here why would I leave? I'm here read the article carefully it doesn't say I'm leaving gather it refers to other people!

Some people misread my earlier article in which the mention of leaving Gather.com please reread it!

I think you made yourself very clear in the first place!
People do come and go on this and other sites. Unless you've become really close with them, usually enough to be in touch off the site, you may not realize for a while that they're gone.

Yeah... lots of people don't read the whole article on most things... they skim through and catch a few words and then are gone again.
