Are you a fan of the Biggest Loser??  I definately am!!!!  I absolulely LOVE Bob and if I could have any trainer it would be him.  Check this out, this looks like a lot of fun and I think I'm adding this to my christmas list this year......tracks your progress and also includes 50 healthy recipes.

There was an ad for this Wii game during the show. It looks pretty good.

I have the wii fit and it is a lot of fun. I could not hulla hoop when I was younger or now even but thanks to the wii game I can hulla hoop with the best. I will have to check out the biggest looser game it could work.
