This week, our region is experiencing the most intense autumn color of the season. There are so many shades of colors!

Due to heavy rain, some of the trees gave up their leaves, so we have glorious colored trees next to bare ones. The burning bushes are engulfed in flames. The evergreens lend their color for contrast.

There won't be any outdoor playing here until next summer! Well, there will be snowman building and sledding. Time to get out the rake and clean up!

Our new gutters are already loaded with leaves beaten down by the rain.

The oak tree above turns gold, while the one next to it looks brown. A third oak is red:

I'm glad I shot these photos now. Here comes another rain storm!
