After a few days of feeling crappy and not wanting to do anything I'm back on track today. I think is might have something to do with the sunshine. We had two days of rain and wind with a total of 2.5 inches of rain and temps in the 40s. Today it is sunny and in the mid 50s but not much wind.
I made myself go to the gym and once there enjoyed a good workout. I spent 36 min on the incline treadmill with people walking past and giving me strange looks because I had it at a 24-30 per cent incline. I've found this helps my spinal stenosis a lot and I take it slow. It is a good way to wear off 300 or more calories. Then I wore off another 100 on the recumbent bike. I am having fibro pain so stayed oaway from weight lifting today. The trip was so worth it even if I hadn't worked out because the trees along the way were magnificent. You don't get to soo the beauty when it is dark and rainy but today God shone his might on them.
When I came home I had some energy so I changed into some work clothes and went outside to do a few fall jobs. I planted daffodil bulbs in three flower beds, pulled out the frozen plants. (I still have a few marigolds and geraniums and petunias blooming).
My climbing rose is also still blooming. Not very many flowers but pretty for this time of year. I put all the lawn ornaments in the tool shed and wrapped my patio bench and table in the tarp to protect them against winter.
I am also doing laundry and will dust and vacumn. It seems like Sunday for some reason so tomorrow I will really be confused. :-)
