Pet Pantry

Have you visited the Pet Pantry? I was thrilled to hear of the place and to know what they do to help people today. I'm aware that many people are having a hard time today and several of you have posted that you have to give your pets away because you can't afford food for the pet.

My suggestion go to the Pet Pantry. You will have to go on Sundays between 10:00am and noon and get there on time, as food will run out sadly. They are looking for donations from the community and I have donated pet food, as I know how important it is to have a pet. They have dry and wet cat and dog food.

Donations are to be delivered to your local pet shelter. I hope several of you look into the pet pantry, as a pet helps you live longer and a happier life.

our town it luck to have people pantry's let alone pet ones

We have one in my town and they frequently run out of things. I like to use coupons for free pet food (even for things my own pets won't eat) and donate them. The animal shelter is always needy, too. Ours takes newspapers and food and toys. It's so sad when people have to give up their pets (and not good for the pets either!).

Never heard of pet pantry. I'd love to donate to help out others because I can't imagine life without my dogs and it must be awful to have to give pets up. :(
