It’s summer vacation, but the Pearson family kids are stuck at a boring lake house with their nerdy parents. That is until feisty, little, green aliens crash-land on the roof, with plans to conquer the house AND Earth!  Using only their wits, courage and video game-playing skills, the youngsters must band together to defeat the aliens and save the world -- but the toughest part might be keeping the whole thing a secret from their parents! The movie Aliens in the Attic stars Doris Roberts (Everybody Loves Raymond), Andy Richter (The Conan O’Brien Show), Kevin Nealon (Weeds) and Tim Meadows (Mean Girls) and Gillian Vigman (The Hangover).

My daughter is 4 1/2 and can't get enough of Scooby-Doo (live and animated movies/shows). She also loves Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (with Johnny Depp) and Shrek (all three).
I'd like to see Aliens in the Attic myself! :) It looks like good family fun!

I love kids movies. ONE of my favorites is BIG FAT LIAR - I love how no one believes the kid because he always lies until he crosses paths with a bigger liar than him. The scene where he dies the guys pool is hilarious I love how the guy turns blue. It is just a funny movie and I like it how he sets out to prove he is telling the truth and in doing it realizes how awful it is to be on the other end of things and ends up turning out to be a better person.

I also love Ella Enchanted - the scene where she sings "Somebody to Love" is so much fun - watching my daughter sing it with her is cute. I like the message that movie gives too - she kept wanting someone to do something for her that she could have done for herself all along.

My 32 year old son and I went to see "Aliens in the Attic" during a hot summer day. It was cute.
As a child care worker, I get to see parts of many children's movies. My favorite is "The Little Mermaid." At least today it is.

My favorite funny kids movie is Night at the Museum. It's the only one we've enjoyed that the humor hasn't eventually faded with repeated watching, kwim? ;) Bedtime Stories had its moments, too.

Elliott's really been wanting to see this one.

Ice Age is one of the favorites here. We also really like Night at the Museum and Enchanted. Shrek is one that Elliott and my husband have watched together several times.

My favorite kids movie would be "Disney's Cars" I was forced to watch it every night for over a year (often times three times a night) for a while it was sick of it.. but now that i know most every word I suppose I have learned to love it...lol

Well, my grandson LOVES "Happy Feet" and "Monsters Inc" but I just love watching "The Goonies"! It was great when it came out years ago, and it's still great! (It keeps showing up on TV so everyone else must think so too!) I love the adventure and all the stuff the kids go through looking for "the rich stuff" I do wish the networks would show the cut out scene with the the octopus though! I've only seen it once in all the times I've seen the movie !

My kids thought "The Sponge Bob Movie" and "The Simpsons Movie" were hilarious. We all laughed a lot at "G-Force", "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" and "Shrek". I remember "The Goonies" was funny when I was a kid.

Nothing feels better than laughing together as a family :)

Our favorite funny kids movie hands down is "Mouse Hunt"! It's just such a classic and the entire cast is hysterical, including Christopher Walken as the ill-fated exterminator.
One of my favorite kids movies is Toy Story, because of the small amounts of adult humor they slip into it. It's a fun movie all around, but one I enjoy as an adult just as much as the kids do.

I'm a HUUUGE fan of Pixar movies, and all movies of that type..and also Disney cartoons. I have them all and watch them often..and I don't even have kids for an excuse LOL It's so hard to pick a favorite, but I think it would be toss-up between The Incredibles and Bolt..but if you ask me again tomorrow my answer will probably be different. They're all wonderful. I haven't seen Aliens in the Attic yet, but it's on my list of 'need to buy" movies. I'm all giddy cuz I just saw a commercial that Up is coming to DVD and I haven't seen that yet either ..cant wait! :O)
