 I was supposed to go to the theatre last night with my daughter.  After deciding that the movies playing weren't going to be worth it, we both agreed on renting some movies, get pizza and go home and watch them with the dogs.

 I love horror, but out of the 3 I listed above, the romantic comedy was the best.

 My daughter and I give this review of all 3.

Last House on the Left ~ horror ~ rate it 6 stars.

starts out a little slow, definately not like the black and white original at all.  After the parents find out that the 3 stranded strangers staying in their guest house, raped and beat their daughter almost to death, they get their revenge.  Revenge part was cool. Those 3 creeps definately deserved it.

Drag me to Hell ~horror 4 *  This Farce of a movie was just stupid.  It was 3-D in the theatre, so lots of gory scenes and ghosts popping out at you.  worthless.

The Proposal ~ romantic comedy~10*  Best comedy i have seen in a long time.  Sandra Bullock and Betty White together were hilarious.  I want this movie to own.  I was laughing out loud for real quite a few times.

I have not seen any of these. My daughter watched The Proposal and she was laughing but she sent it back before I could view it.

I agree with your reviews. I love how the parents got their revenge in the Last House on the Left. I liked Drag me to Hell more then you did, and loved the Proposal too.

Thanks for the review, Kim. I haven't sought out any horror movies in a while although I have seen some pretty scary movies by Johnny Depp. LOL!

I'm not a horror fan, but I do want to see The Proposal at some point. :)

My daughter bought Last House on the Left with some of her birthday money.
She was disappointed once we started watching it and she realized she bought the old one from 1972
