Dream - Hit and Run

I don't recall the majority of the dream but somehow I was participating in a business conference (guess why!). All the attendees were instructed to move from one location to another. The distance was walk-able, so some decided to drive and others decided to walk. I started walking towards the second location, but suddenly an orange colored SUV that looked like a Honda Element came up behind me in a very fast speed. The vehicle hit me on my right shoulder, and continued driving away. I heard other people yelling about hit-and-run in the background, but no one really took any action. I lay on the ground for a few minutes, and then I felt better so I got up on my own. I was trying to get a ride from someone, but most of the conference attendees had long gone. I was a little frustrated because I missed my chance to get a ride, but I continued walking. I walked past a group of high school students, and past a large meadow with red ripe apples fallen on the ground from the trees. I walked downhill, and I could see the meeting location in the distance away. That's all I remembered.
