A Mouse in Our House~Oh My!

Recently, I purchased a used van. I later found out that I have a mouse in my van. UHG! So, I put moth balls in my van, because I was told they don't like the smell. Now, its in my house. GRRR!

So, I have a mouse in our house. Oh how wonderful. NOT! Me and my partner set a trap in the mock bay window. He has left evidence on the seal, so I know he goes in there. We put peanut butter on the trap and all he did was lick some off without setting it off. Going to try a little piece of cheese and hoping we catch it. I don't like a rodent in our house. EWW!

I mean, if I get up in the middle of the night I might step on it. That will freak me out. So hope we catch it soon.

Have you ever had a mouse in your house? What did you do to get rid of it? And, what did you use or recommend?

I hope we catch it soon! I hate having to remember to look inside my shoes each morning to make sure nothing is lurking in there.

I know. I keep hitting my shoes together just incase. lol Now that would freak me out if I put my foot inside and it bites my toes lol.

Oh Yucky! I've never had a mouse or rats in my home but do know that you must move quickly to get it out. They breed quickly and you never know if it was already carrying babies and needed to get into somewhere warmer and safer to have it's babies.

I live in the country and am used to it. I used to have cats, but got rid of them when I had Bryan. Now we just set traps, or my cousin's dogs catch them in our fields
