Aislin Bates, 2, weighs just 22 pounds but her doctor says she is healthy
First a baby is denied bacause he's to big, now this girl is denied bacause she is too small, though healthy.
Another news story on HLN is about a man who's ins was dropped after his health bill topped a million $. He is in a wheelchair, on a ventulater and has muscular distrophy. Too lose his ins literaly means to lose his life. His ins company says he costs too much, $1 mil a year but they reported a yearly profit of over $400 mil a year.
Those who are trying to scare people from government health care say the government will limit coverage. Thats what ins companies do now. When I do searches for denied coverage on line I get all kinds of articles about just this sort of thing.
You have to be healthy to get ins, and if you get sick or injured you can lose your ins. What are we paying for if the ins companies don't need to fullfill their end of the bargain?

This is not the goverments fault. But many people will continue to blame government rather than the heads of the companies who are want to make millions a year.
I'am going to read upon this and Complain, Complain, Complain, until Someone Hear's Me
Thank-You for the Post..
My migraine meds were denied, so I had to take this other one. Two pills instead of one to just function and I was told to buy another pill to add to this pill. 4 pills to the one pill. If the insurance would think about it, this was more spendy then taking the one pill. That one medication was only $10 bucks or something more. If I could have paid the ten bucks out of my pocket.... but it does not work that way.
One doctor said it would do me good to get rehabilitation to function with this broken arm. Help teach me to get by instead of doing it on my own. But nope insurance company said it can not be fixed so why bother.... In other words I was not worth it.
They are out for money, nothing more then profits. We do not matter at all to them.
This has been going on for a long time, at least over 30 years that I remember.....
I went into the back room for a sec. and this was on the news!!
Department of human services it says it looking into it.
So it is the government, since the department of human services deals with the poor of our country. If one is disabled, living off disability, your pretty much poor.
So he is not already on his states health insurance.....
You would think the guy is on disability, ssd. Which is government.
Maybe he got some kind of private insurance before he came down with what put him in the wheelchair?
I went over to cnn to try and find the article, however there site is so hard to navigate lol!!
Isn't that funny in a sad way, the state government stood by the insurance company (court is government right?), however another part of the government might help. It just boggles the mind.....
Meanwhile is the dude going to be covered during all this political mombo jumbo?
