I just made an apple crisp with a crispy topping made with 1/2 cup gluten free granola and 1/4 cup gluten free flour, 1/2 t. cinnamon, and 1/4 stick tabs of butter. (no sugar needed as the apple is very sweet!) The apples that I used were three "HONEY CRISP", peeled, cored and sliced. Add 3 T. Water. BAKED FOR 40 minutes in 375. Delicious!

My fave to bake with are macs.
I used the rhyming "wine" ... you can have any type of wine... maybe a white wine? my wine of choice is "water"
Maybe I will even mull some cider... and press my own apples in a blender....

my favorite blender soup base is carrot. from there I make this delicious curried crabmeat, like the soup Natzi on Seinfeld. :)
