Are we done with the heat yet?

It was 102 degrees here in the Phoenix area yesterday and 97 degrees today. I sure hope that was our last 100 degree day this year. By Tuesday we are suppose to be back down into the 80's. We had a few nice cooler weeks where you could go outside at night and it almost felt cool. Then we heated up again this week. I have had enough heat for this year and I am ready for some nice mild cool days.

It is hard to believe that it is already cold and snowing in other parts of the United States. How is the weather where you live?

The past week the weather has been on the chilly side. Around 7ish we had rain. But some friends of mine up north of Maine got snow! Where I live we have even had one flake fall,,,YET.

You and my bil can stop bragging anytime now. He went to Flagstaff for the weekend to escape the heat. It has been so cold in Ma that we already turned our heat on. The Patriots played in the snow today. Send that heat this way!

When I walked into the living room and saw them playing in the snow I begged my husband to tell me they were not playing at home. Of course they were. I have a bad feeling about this coming winter.

Yeah, it got hot again this week just after it was cold enough I had to dig out my pants and realized none fit. Then I got pants and it was too hot to wear them and back to my shorts that are almost all worn out and I cannot buy new ones because stores do not get that the climate here allows you to wear them almost once a week all year round.

Hey, Karen, try sitting at a craft show in that heat! It was a cool 99 in Tucson on Sat. and only 96 yesterday. I'm red as a beat! Not much traffic at the show as there were many other things going on in the area. I have my Vitamin D for the rest of the year!

Found shade under an umbrella when the wind died down on Sunday. Windy both days, but the canopies around me provided shade. I've never invested in a canopy as I don't do that many shows, and I work alone. Too much for one person to handle.

Yesterday here it was over 100 today is cooler but they said during the last part of the week it will get back to a 100 I'm so sick of it, I want it to be fall already.
