Inebriated flitting

We came back to Peterborough early so that I could work - didn't get anywhere near enough done this weekend and hoped that having my printer available (I don't have one in the Harbour right now; need to fix that!) I would be able to print out the notes I need so that I could get things done easier.

Instead, I got into my Fireball whiskey and only got 1 of my papers (almost) done. Actually, it's better than anything else I've struggled over this weekend - but now that the Fireball is hitting, I pretty much have to stop fussing with it - I'm sure I'm now making it worse instead of better.

SO busy tomorrow - got to go to a meeting followed by another meeting - then I have a couple of free hours during which I shall go meet with E. and read another few chapters of the PK Page book we're proofreading outloud - damn! need to email her to let her know I will be late!  Anyway ... then I have another meeting at 6 followed by a reading to attend at 7 - fortunately those are just one building away from each other. I also have to remember to get my reference letter into the grad students office (re: a rather large scholarship that I would LOVE to get but don't think I have a hope in hell of) - and ...well, whatever... just SO many odds and end to get done I can't keep track of them all.

I did, however, manage to get my Blackberry software installed - at least to the point that when I put appointments or notes into the BB or into the computer I use most of the time it will synch with the BB and I will - hopefully - know where I'm supposed to be when. At least that's the plan.

I REALLY need to get organized. I did buy a paper agenda but haven't written a damn thing into it - obviously THAT ain't working for me!

I need a keeper!
